According to ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 55, Thermal Environmental Conditions for Human Occupancy, the temperature should be in the range of 22.5-26°C in summer and 20-23.5°C in winter. You should simply set the thermostat temperature within this range and start the unit at the right time.

Our devices are designed and tested in EU (Greece). All of our devices have passed all required lab tests to have the CE mark affixed.
