Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union Legal Guarantee

Consumers in the European Union are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from the date the goods are received. This legal guarantee applies if a product is faulty, does not work as advertised, or does not otherwise conform to the sales contract.

Where applicable, the consumer is entitled to have the product repaired or replaced free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible or cannot be completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, the consumer may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.

These statutory rights are separate from and are not affected by our 30-day return policy or any additional commercial warranty we may offer. National consumer laws may provide additional rights.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not apply to sale items or gift cards. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have, including the EU right of withdrawal and legal guarantee rights.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.  
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
