If within our apps you setup geofences, you have the ability to choose to share your location with our cloud without having the app in the foreground so geofencing rules can function. The information shared with our cloud is only your state in relation to the geofences (inside or outside) and never your exact location. We never share this information with third-parties or use this information for marketing or advertisement purposes. Except for rules based on geofencing, if you choose not to provide your location when prompted, no other functionality of the app is impacted.
