The temperature sensor probe of the device is placed inside the dry heater, usually near the existing thermometer. The device, that is as small as a matchbox, remains outside.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if the power goes out?
In the event of a power or internet outage, you can receive alerts by setting up a rule that checks if the device has been disconnected. Even if there's no internet connection, temperature is still recorded and saved until the connection is restored (assuming the device has power).
Can it send a signal to my alarm system?
Yes, our temperature data loggers can be configured to produce an output of 3.3VDC (maximum 10mA) that can be utilized to operate a dry contact relay.
Can the sensor be calibrated?
If your industry requires calibrated temperature measurements, our temperature data loggers can undergo calibration at any certified calibration lab at up to 10 set-points.
Where are they made?
Our devices are designed and tested in EU (Greece). All of our devices have passed all required lab tests to have the CE mark affixed.
