Do I need to (or can I) provide my own SIM card?

No. The solution already includes a SIM card for the communication of the tracking device.

Which temperature sensor should I choose?

For permanent installations where maximum reliability is the priority, we recommend the wired temperature sensor.

If you prefer faster installation without running a cable into the refrigerated compartment, choose the wireless Bluetooth sensor.

Can I monitor multiple vehicles?

Yes. Multiple vehicles can be monitored through the same HAM Platform account.

Can I receive high-temperature alerts?

Yes. You can create temperature rules and receive notifications when the temperature exceeds the limits you have defined.

Can I export temperature reports?

Yes. You can export historical temperature data in PDF or CSV format for a selected time period. This makes it easy to keep records, review transport conditions and share temperature reports when required.
