Who owns the end customer?
You do. The account, the relationship and the service contract stay with you. We will not run direct B2B sales in your territory. Retail orders from your market are forwarded to you.
Is there a minimum order requirement?

What about warranty and delivery?
2 years warranty with advance replacement for partners. Stock items ship in 48 hours.
