Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchase options can be changed or cancelled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged according to the subscription terms shown at the time of purchase, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may renew automatically. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the next renewal or charge date, subject to any minimum term or other conditions clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are ordering a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Depending on the specific pre-order, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout. Where applicable, the remaining balance may be charged at a later date before fulfilment.

You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled or shipped, unless different cancellation conditions were clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled as a pre-order. However, you may still be entitled to return the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and any applicable statutory consumer rights.

Estimated availability or shipping dates for pre-orders are provided in good faith but may occasionally change. If there is a significant delay, we will provide updated information where possible.
